Your role
As a Legal Counsel in Novibet, you will:
- Draft and review agreements and contracts of a wide range of legal subjects
- Prepare and submit legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Ensure that the company complies with laws and guidelines related to its overall operation, in regards to a variety of topics which might involve labor law issues, GDPR risks and ΙP disputes
- Oversee and assist the compliance team in monitoring and implementing regulations, guidelines and policies
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants - abroad and locally- for attaining the business tasks of the company
- Give accurate and timely counsel to the management team in a variety of legal topics
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience within a reputable law firm or an in-house legal team
- Bachelor's degree in Law Studies (LLB)
- Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial and corporate law and procedures
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Outstanding communication and team working skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Multitasking, self-driven and result oriented professional
