📢 Our Product team is expanding!
Design at kariera.gr
We are looking for a talented Product (UI/UX) Designer who can design user-centered & straightforward solutions for our end users. The candidate should understand business requirements, analyse technical limitations, perceive & conduct research on user behaviour, & translate them into user stories, user journey maps, wireframes & prototypes. At the same time, the product designer should ensure a great UX & iterate upon the designs with user-testing.
Who we are
kariera.gr is the leading website for recruiting in the Greek job market. We empower employment through every product, service or initiative we produce & support & we have one clear mission: to match the perfect candidate with the right job!
The team
At kariera.gr Design team, we share some common traits in our day-to-day work. We are always curious, creative & experimental. We are constantly challenging & reinventing things, following the company's vision to change the way hiring is operating. Besides visualising the change, we are working daily on creating the next era of the hiring software; a complete product that can support & serve both the JobSeeker & the Employer from the beginning of the hiring journey until the bittersweet farewell.
Individually we are passionate about our work’s impact, that’s why we contribute from the very first step of defining the problem until the shipping of new features. We are making mistakes (who doesn’t), we are open to feedback & we don’t say “I don’t know” but rather “I want to learn it”. As part of the kariera.gr Product team, you’ll be joining a Scrum team of 1 Product Owner & Developers, making sure we are focusing on the work that matters.
