Your ‘day to day’

•Preserve full ownership of the respective system(s) you are assigned, being responsible for maintenance, configuration, and reliable operations of the system(s)

•Propose new functionalities and work directly with Business/Digital & IT Analysts in terms of designing, structuring & testing new additions or changes

•Maintain full view of the system(s) flows and be able to overview UATs as a system business administrator during development launches

•Monitor on a daily basis and actively resolve problems, issues and bugs identified both in terms of front & back-end system(s) environments

•Create, update & maintain UAT scenarios along with business flows both on a diagram and business specifications level

•Maintain a two-way dialogue with user groups after the roll-out of Sales Information System to identify further improvements in the quality of reports and procedures

•Propose enhancements both performance and flow-wise in business solution format to be proceeded by our IT teams

Who we’re looking for

•University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or in another related field

•1-3 years of professional experience in UATs coordination & performance roles

•Experience in 1st and 2nd level systems support

•Business flows structure and technical understanding

•A confident and positive attitude, passionate about collaboration and positive influence

•Fluency in English and Greek (speaking and writing)

•Completed military obligations (if applicable)
