Position Summary

• Software Consultant supports, analyses, designs for Incadea DMS product
• Gains a deep understanding of our product
• Understands and (where applicable) challenges business requirements as a way to further support the product

Responsibilities in Detail:

• Requirement Analysis & Design of Product
• Support Development Team / QA during the phase of development
• Determines and verifies effort estimations
• Support product rollouts, and 3^rd level support cases
• Ensures keeping of Design standards

Skills and Specifications:

• University degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Demonstration of more than 3 years working experience in ERP software applications as a consultant
• Experience in software Product analysis / design
• Knowledge in software development processes, tools and best practices are an advantage as well as database know-how and software programming
• High quality consciousness and systematic and independent way of working
• Experience in Microsoft Navision is an advantage
• Ability to solve complex tasks and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities with ease
• Solution orientation, strong organizational skills and keeping track ability
• Abstract thinking and analytical ability to decompose complex problems – creative, out of the box thinking
• Highly communicative and flexible person who is a team player, but also capable to work independently
• Excellent verb al and written communication skills
• Sound spoken and written English
