ΠληροφορικήKey Accountabilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify areas for improvement and innovation through digital technologies
- Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to gain buy-in and support for digital initiatives
- Change Management: Drive organizational change and digital adoption by promoting a digital-first culture. Develop change management strategies, including training programs, communication plans, and performance metrics, to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions
- Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies, tools, and platforms that align with the organization's needs and goals. Lead the implementation of selected technologies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with digital transformation projects. Implement appropriate risk management strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruption to business operations
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for executing digital transformation initiatives. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading and managing digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Services
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and best practices
- Familiarity with various methodologies (e.g. agile) and project management principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Change management experience is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ITIL) are a plus
