Job Description

We are looking for junior professionals with an IT background who are interested in a challenging and developmental start to their career as Junior Full Stack Developers.  

You will be based in Athens, working on international projects for Netcompany. You will participate in developing some of Denmark's most complex and exciting IT solutions, where the combination of software development, task management, and customer contact will be part of your everyday life. 

Technologies and Tasks 

As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will translate the customer's needs into the right technical solution. 

We use the technology that is most fitting for both the project and the customer. Therefore, it is important that you find it fun to work with new and varied areas and technologies, expanding your knowledge at the same time. You will contribute to all parts of the system development with a strong focus on the technical aspects. Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and evolve continuously – but your everyday life will typically be characterized by main duties such as: 

• Formulating and developing frameworks as well as integrations.
• Implementation of features in the user interface.
• Configuration and development of extensions for standard platforms.
• Automation of business processes in the form of e.g., batch jobs.
• Developing tools and scripts to migrate large amounts of data.

A large part of the projects is made on a variety of web-based technologies such as Python, Node.js, React on a Java or .NET platform, etc. 

You will be part of a high-performing international team, consisting of professionals that have different backgrounds and competencies – common to all of us is that we prioritize professionalism highly and take pride in developing the best IT solutions together. Our tasks include some of Denmark's most important and exciting IT projects, within the state, municipalities, and the Danish business community. 

Qualifications

We imagine that you: 

• Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Have 0-1 years experience in the IT sector
• Have an analytical mindset, high drive, and a structured work process.
• Actively contribute to delivering the best IT solutions for our customers.
• Have an excellent command of the English language (oral, verbal).
• Are flexible to traveling frequently.
