If yes, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Team in Greece!

What you get to do in this role:

• Support local employees for software, corporate business applications and hardware requests and incidents
• Administer the computer network of the Bank.
• Maintain hardware and software of the computer and communication equipment.
• Implementation of new systems, methods and tools related to the information technology Security and protection of information systems.
• Install configures and maintain workstations’ OSs that are used in the bank – Ms Windows, Ms Office and other application and security software's like VPN, Antivirus etc. 
• Administer users access rights in the Bank's systems.
• Follow the Bank's communication infrastructure - Internet, VPN, SWIFT and others.
• Advise employees on emerging IT issues, and assist in the implementation of new IT systems at the Bank.
• Provide, upon request, written reports on the performance of their duties;
