Job Description

A day in the life of a Senior System Engineer 

As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a multitude of Windows based administrative tasks and you will be part of the expert technical support team.

Your main duties will be to :

• Deploy and manage enterprise-wide Microsoft solutions including Active Directory, email, identity solutions as well as file services, on physical, virtual and cloud-based infrastructures
• Administer Microsoft365 services
• Handle the endpoint fleet
• Manage the endpoint & server processes & procedures
• Troubleshoot service incidents
• Conduct technical evaluations
• Plan and execute system upgrades or changes
• Coordinate with the Network and Security Engineering teams as part of incident response, project implementations, design initiatives, enhancements or changes
• Interact and collaborate with all levels of the team to provide analysis, recommendations, and direction related to system administration functions. 
• Maintain the respective documentation of services, systems and processes.

Qualifications

If you have :

• University or Technological Institute Degree in Computer Science or relative faculty
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant environment
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages and PowerShell in particular
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune
• Very good command of Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructures
• Experience in Exchange Server, including Exchange 2016
• Expertise in Windows systems security
• Solid understanding of advanced networking principles
• Fuency in  English language (written and oral)
