Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Auditor and ICT Consultant, who will be part of the Governance, Transformation & Improvement (GTI) Team at our offices in Athens.

As an Internal Audit & Improvement Consultant, you will be part of the Governance Transformation & Improvement team (GTI), integral part of Corporate Governance & Quality Management Department of Netcompany-Intrasoft, a horizontal function that works across all business units of the organization targeting to Excellence, Scaling and Transformation of Processes and Culture, and continuous seeking into worldwide recognized best practices, models, methodologies and ISO standards. The division serves as the company’s catalyst in promoting new ways of working that affect the mindset, the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the way of work at every level of the organization focusing on people, build-in quality, innovation and business outcomes.

The GTI Team is composed of experts who design the processes of the company, assure the organization’s process adherence through the annual internal and external audits’ cycle, support the whole enterprise towards business agility and establish lean practices that will bring benefits to all teams who are working in a challenging IT environment.

The position requires an individual with proven advanced auditing skills and the ability to work in complex IT organizations, projects and products, knows standards, models, frameworks and practices, aiming to drive internal projects that will result to tangible achievements (e.g. certifications, appraisals).

Your main duties will be:

• Contributing to determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans for reviews, assessments, audits and other quality control & assurance activities
• Conducting the full internal audit cycle and assessments based upon the company’s Corporate Management System covering areas of Project and Product Management, IT Service Management etc.
• Issue and communicate relevant internal audit / assessment reports, analyze findings, update relevant KPIs and define areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures strategies, methodologies, documenting work instructions, templates, and any other process documentation in collaboration also with various management and technical teams.
• Conducting inspections on work products, processes and services, tools and preparing reports.
• Identifying and proposing improvements and good practices.
• Provides onboarding and trainings to teams related to quality, methodologies and practices.

Qualifications

If you have

• University Degree in Computing Science or another relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in S/W development and IT Service Management and Operations, 4 of them in Agile projects or S/W product development
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in auditing and assessment roles (e.g. Lead Auditor)
• Wide understanding of industry standards and models and certificates (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, CMMI, ITIL, etc.).
• Proficiency knowledge of SDLC, IT Governance, IT Program Product/Project Management Frameworks, IT Service Management, IT Quality Management and respective certificates.
• Very good writing skills: mapping of procedures/processes, templates, business cases
• Good understanding of (scaled) Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, DAD, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of the basic S/W Development and Project Management tools (e.g. Git, Sonar, JIRA, MS Project).
• Wide knowledge of state-of-the-art Quality tools (Value Stream Mapping, Fish Bone Analysis, Six Sigma, Cost of Quality, etc.)
• Experience in Statistical Techniques
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation and teaching)
• Interaction skills (Facilitation, Negotiation, Servant Leadership)
• Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working
• Capability of defining and applying quality standards in the IT environment

 It would be advantageous i you have

• ASQ certificate or TQM
• Knowledge of Agile technical practices (e.g. BDD, TDD, CI/CD)
• DevSecOps
• Knowledge of French
