The Job

The job holder will be responsible to effectively manage the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests received from internal customers and coordinate incident investigation, analysis, and closure by escalating to appropriate L2 & L3 support team.

 

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have University Degree or Technical/Vocational Certification in Computing, Electronics, or related IT field.
  • Possess keen attention to detail.
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • Have advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Be willing to commit and grow.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Have fulfilled military service.
  •  

Moreover, it would be nice to have:

  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Analytical skills
  • SAP familiarity
  • DB administration/understanding
  • Understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL best practices
  • Understanding in areas such as Networking or System Administration, Databases or Application Support desirable
