Job Summary

Within the IMERYS group different ERP-systems are in use, OPERA is an on-going Program to replace all of them by a global solution based on SAP S/4 Hana. The SAP Roles & Authorizations Expert  will be in charge to support both this new OPERA S/4 Hana Core Model AND all SAP ECC6.0 Legacy systems (different platforms for different business areas in different countries) . Based in one of our IMERYS offices in EMEA, the SAP Roles & Authorizations Expert  is part of the Opera Services Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the overall design and approach to SAP Roles & Authorizations across all SAP Systems (ECC6 i.e Legacy Systems and OPERA, new SAP system on S/4 Hana).

• Ensure the S/4 Core Model enhancements are fit for purpose re. Roles and Authorizations.

• Support the deployment of Roles and Authorizations as part of the S/4 Hana rollout projects.

• Own the Authorizations/GRC design and strategy.

• Participate to the Core Enhancements deliverables to include roles and authorizations. 

• Design and maintain the SAP Roles and Authorizations.

• Review and industrialize the processes related to Roles, authorizations and security to guarantee system compliance with internal and external rules.

• Manage the support activities performed by a third party supplier.

• Interact with Opera roll out teams to coordinate project activities i.e. creation of new accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of professional hands-on experience in similar role.

• Extensive experience implementing, migrating, managing, SAP ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA.

• Excellent hands on working knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations in both end user and project environment and in the following SAP modules: Solution Manager, ERP, S/4 Hana, MDG, GRC and FIORI.

• Working knowledge of segregation of duties within an SAP environment and able to design and build SAP roles accordingly.

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of application architecture.

• Dedicated, independent and responsible way of working - to achieve the set goals.

• Fluent in English.

• ITIL Processes knowledge.
