We are looking for a Junior Product Operations Support Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in a part-time role / 6 days per week.
We are seeking motivated and creative team players who want to be part of this exciting journey from the very beginning, supporting us in establishing and growing our new office. In this role, you will help kickstart projects and collaborate closely with our existing teams in Germany to support the digital transformation of the real estate industry. We are looking for individuals who enjoy getting things done, communicate effectively, and work with passion and care—always keeping the customer’s needs in mind and exploring how technology can best solve them.

Tasks that let you grow
- Manage and support the after-hours product support pipeline, including ticket triage, bug reporting, and escalation through Jira and Freshservice
- Act as a Service Desk representative, providing first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve basic incidents, identify system bugs, and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure timely support delivery in line with agreed service levels and performance metrics
- Guide users through application workflows and provide functional assistance to help them effectively use the platform
Are you the talent we’re looking for?
We would love to hear from you if you...
- Have up to 1 year of experience in product operations, IT support, or a similar role
- Are able to work on Saturday and evening shifts in a regular basis
- Are familiar with ticketing and documentation systems such as Jira and Freshservice
- Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills with a structured, hands-on approach
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German language will consider as a plus)
