We are looking for a relentless Sales Hunter to expand Hitachi Vantara’s footprint in Greece. This is not a farming role — this is about opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business. You will operate independently, owning the market and building your pipeline from the ground up, while leveraging our distributor and partner network.
We don’t care about your age, gender, or background — we care about your drive, energy, and ability to win.
What You Will Do:
- Hunt for new business opportunities across the Greek market
- Build and manage your own pipeline from zero to close
- Open doors with new customers and create demand where none exists today
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing
- Work closely with local distributors and partners to accelerate deals
- Challenge customers, understand their needs, and position the right solutions
- Stay ahead of competitors and turn insights into wins
- Deliver consistent pipeline growth and revenue results
What We Expect From You:
- A true hunter mindset – you enjoy winning new business, not just maintaining existing accounts
- High energy, persistence, and resilience (you don’t give up after the first “no”)
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your territory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales (IT/technology is a plus, but not a must if you can sell)
- Comfortable working with partners and indirect sales models
- Fluent in Greek and English
