Job Description:

We are currently looking an IT Retail Operator to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division, based in Paiania.

By joining this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of core billing and digital systems, supporting critical business processes through effective incident management, system monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Your contribution will directly impact service continuity, data accuracy, and the successful delivery of system changes and new product launches, particularly within the Product Catalog domain.

Your role will encompass:

• Manage end-to-end incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution based on SLAs and business priorities.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across production systems, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure smooth operation and validation of core systems, including CRM (Salesforce, WEB CRM), billing (Galaxy), and Product Catalog.
• Take ownership of Product Catalog activities (EP & NG), including configuration, testing, validation, and go-live support for new products and packages.
• Manage and prioritize backlog, ensuring visibility of open issues and alignment with business priorities.
• Participate in UATs, releases, and post-deployment validation, including go-live and hypercare support.
• Monitor KPIs (SLA, backlog, resolution times), analyze recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, IT Operations, Billing, QA, Vendors, and Project Teams to resolve issues and coordinate changes.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or similar roles.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and ticketing systems (e.g. SMAX, ClickUp).
• Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and data validation processes.
• Exposure to Product Catalog or commercial product lifecycle is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of system integrations, testing, and software release processes.
• Experience with Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize based on business impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
