Job Purpose: The Junior Digital Workplace Analyst (Part-Time) is responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes. accurate financial tracking and operational support across DERMA IT.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Supports daily operational needs within Derma Digital Workplace
- Prepares basic operational follow-ups related to Digital Workplace topics
- Acts as a support point for Digital Workplace escalations, helping coordinate next steps with all stakeholders
- Supports basic budget and actuals follow-up for Digital Workplace and IT operational topics (Purchase Orders' creation, Good Receipt, Invoice Posting, Budget tracking)
Requirements
- Experience in admin support, finance ops, procurement, or PMO
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English language (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with multicultural teams.
