Junior Data & IT Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Junior Data & IT Support Specialist, responsible for supporting core data analysis activities and IT infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, processing, and performing basic data analysis (small data analysis)
• Creating simple reports and dashboards
• Providing day-to-day IT support across the organization
• Installing and configuring laptops and desktop computers
• Managing basic network and user administration tasks
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve technical problems
• Supporting basic automations and contributing to process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of data analysis (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools)
• Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or other languages)
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis
• Comfort with computers and operating systems (Windows/macOS)
• Understanding of fundamental IT concepts (networking, hardware setup)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Previous experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with scripting or automation workflows
• Familiarity with API integrations or the use of AI in everyday tasks
