Job Description- IT Business Development Representative (BDR)

Pro4ia seeks an Business Develop Rep (BDR) focusing on Outbound Prospecting, Qualifying prospects against Pro4ia’s Ideal Customer Profile(ICP) and Coordinating handoffs with the sales team.

 

The BDR role will focus on developing and executing multi-touch outbound sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn), researching target accounts to identify pain signals and the right stakeholders, qualifying prospects against Pro4ia's ICP before advancing, and maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in ConnectWise.

Responsibilities:

 

· Execute consistent daily outbound prospecting activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn to build and advance a qualified pipeline.

· Research target accounts to identify relevant stakeholders, pain signals, and entry points, avoid single-threading into one contact.

· Qualify prospects against Pro4ia's ideal customer profile before advancing to the sales team.

· Develop and test personalized outreach sequences tailored to specific prospect needs and industries.

· Schedule and transition qualified discovery meetings to the sales team with thorough context on the prospect's environment, challenges, and stakeholders engaged.

· Build and maintain working knowledge of Pro4ia's solutions, competitive landscape, and the IT challenges facing target markets.

· Track all activity, pipeline status, and prospect engagement in ConnectWise with accuracy and consistency.

· Self-manage performance against weekly activity and pipeline metrics. Proactively identify gaps and adjust approach.

 

Position Requirements:

 

· Required:

o 1-2+ years of outbound sales development, lead generation, or inside sales experience. Ideally in technology or managed services.

o Demonstrated ability to prospect into new accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

o Experience working with a CRM platform. (ConnectWise experience a plus)

o Native or near-native English fluency (written and verbal), this role engages US-based prospects.

o Comfortable working US Eastern hours. (Athens local: 15:00–00:00)

· Preferred:

o Familiarity with the managed services / MSP space or B2B technology sales.

o Experience qualifying prospects against an ideal customer profile or similar framework.

o Track record of meeting or exceeding activity-based metrics. (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
