This is an entry-level position for a Junior Technical Support Engineer supporting queueing systems, offering an excellent opportunity for professional development in a dynamic technical environment

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support and basic administration for applications hosted in a Microsoft IIS environment
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications on servers
• Execute and monitor API calls using tools such as Postman and Swagger
• Support database-related tasks, including running SQL queries and basic troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve basic computer hardware and system issues

• Basic understanding of server environments and application deployment concepts
• Foundational knowledge of SQL (queries and basic troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with APIs (REST calls and basic testing)
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow
