Relational Financial Solutions is seeking an IT Business Analyst who will serve as the key link between our clients and our technology teams. The role involves analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications to support the successful delivery of IT solutions.
The successful candidate will participate in the full product lifecycle, collaborating closely with development, quality assurance, and support teams in an agile environment.
🚀Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to create business analysis and functional specification documents
- Organize and facilitate workshops with clients
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional modules
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the development team throughout the development phase
- Participate in the development phase by designing BPMN workflows and business rules using the company’s in-house platform graphical editors
- Work in an agile environment
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team
- Work with the Support team to ensure successful product delivery
🎯Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis of complex IT systems
- Fluency in English
- Experience with BPMN and Business Rules will be considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (SQL Server) and T-SQL
- Experience in the banking sector will be considered an advantage
