Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Manager based in Athens. The IT Manager will oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the efficient functioning of the company's technology infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing IT systems and networks, implementing security measures, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various departments to align technology with business goals. The role also involves managing IT-related projects, budgeting, and leading a team of IT professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in IT systems management, network administration, and cybersecurity
- Administration and configuration of Entersoft Business Suite (ERP) and Entersoft WMS.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, IT support, and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Skills in IT project management, including planning, implementation, and resource allocation
- Collaboration with functional departments (Commercial, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse) to optimize workflows and automation.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in business settings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience in retail or distribution industries is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Greek is preferred
