Recruitment Services, on behalf of FintechCrafts, is seeking a Junior Back-End Engineer to join its growing engineering team and contribute to the development and evolution of innovative fintech products in the Capital Markets space.

FintechCrafts was founded by a team of experienced brokerage industry consultants and software engineers with deep expertise in financial technology. With over a decade of experience in the Forex and Capital Markets sector, the team identified a major gap in the market and set out to build innovative platforms that bring modern digital tools to the online brokering ecosystem.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Junior Back-End Engineer you will be part of an outstanding tech company and you will join the development team, where you will be involved in the integrations and backend services of our products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain backend services and APIs in Node.js

• Write clean code and help keep our systems reliable

• Work with the team to plan, ship and monitor releases

Requirements

• Good understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous programming

• Some hands-on backend experience through work, internship, freelance or serious personal projects

• Comfortable reading technical documentation and debugging issues

• Familiar with Git

• Basic exposure to Docker, deployment and backend workflows

• Able to complete well-scoped tasks with moderate guidance

• Interest in writing tested, maintainable backend code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building APIs with Node.js frameworks such as Express, Nest or Fastify

• Exposure to PostgreSQL or Redis

• Exposure to production monitoring, logging and release processes
