ΠληροφορικήAbout the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a highly organized and delivery-focused IT CRM Business Analyst to join our IT Business Solution team! If you enjoy bringing people together, making things happen, and driving digital projects to success — this could be the perfect fit.
You’ll be working on a variety of exciting digital initiatives across eCommerce, ERP, CRM, PIM, and custom platforms. From coordinating teams and aligning stakeholders to making sure everything runs smoothly — you’ll be at the heart of digital delivery.
You’ll report directly to the IT Business Solution Manager and collaborate with a broad network of teams, vendors, and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable plans
- Keep projects on track by coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Run meetings and workshops to ensure everyone’s on the same page
- Join technical discussions and make sure solutions support the business
- Coordinate vendors, validate deliverables, and ensure all external work aligns with defined requirements and timelines
- Support testing, rollout, and go-live phases
- Analyze CRM data structures (entities, data types, mappings) to support cross‑departmental needs
- Identify data inconsistencies, validate large datasets, and drive data‑quality improvements
- Gather feedback and monitor platform performance for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT project delivery, ideally with exposure to CRM platforms (D365, Power Apps)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and structured delivery methods
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications and delivery plans
- Great at managing multiple priorities and working across teams
- A good understanding of digital platforms, integrations, and data flows
- Confidence in coordinating internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
