Ever wondered what it feels like to be a .NET Developer (Mid-Senior) at Netcompany?

As a .NET Developer (Mid-Senior), you will be part of a high-performing engineering team delivering enterprise-level digital solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of scalable applications while collaborating closely with senior engineers, architects, and product stakeholders.

This position is ideal for developers who already have strong backend development experience and want to further grow their technical expertise while contributing to impactful, large-scale systems.

You will work on complex enterprise platforms where quality, maintainability, and performance are key. You will take ownership of technical tasks, contribute to architectural discussions, and help maintain high engineering standards across the team.

As a .NET Developer (Mid-Senior) you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure enterprise applications using .NET / C#
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring performance, reliability, and security
• Translate business requirements into well-structured and maintainable technical solutions
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on system design and improvements
• Perform code reviews and contribute to improving team coding standards
• Work closely with product owners, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations
• Contribute to testing strategies, CI/CD processes, and application performance improvements

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / C# backend development
• Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of software engineering principles such as SOLID and common design patterns
• Experience building scalable, maintainable backend services in production environments
• Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is considered a plus
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to continuously improve technical skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
