We are looking for a highly skilled Mid/Senior .NET Developer who combines strong hands-on development abilities with advanced competencies in analysis, solution design, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of backend solutions using C# and .NET technologies
• Conduct system analysis, propose architectural improvements
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in planning, estimation, and technical decision-making processes
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through proper design and implementation

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend development with Microsoft technologies (C#, NET/.NET Core)
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL databases
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in the English language (oral and written)
