About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to manage our technological infrastructure and provide high-level technical assistance to our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all hardware and software needs, ensuring our critical systems—including specialized hospitality and retail platforms—run smoothly and securely.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for Hardware and Software issues.
- Managing and resolving technical problems within IT systems.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices, CCTV, POS).
- Supporting users with daily needs and providing training on new applications and technologies (ERP, BMS, Access Control, Opera, Symphony, Micros).
- Monitoring the smooth operation of networks and security systems (CCTV).
- Participating in the development and improvement of the company’s technological infrastructure (Software & Hardware).
- University or Technical College degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating systems: Windows 11, Apple iOS, Android, Windows Server.
- Experience with Synology Server, Google Workspace, Office 365, and UniFi.
- Experience in network management and IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Excellent command of the English language.
