Responsibilities:

• Implements IT projects that support business objectives, in collaboration with the involved teams within a defined framework of priorities and directions defined by a higher level of governance
• Coordinates cross‑functional team collaboration to ensure smooth project execution, with emphasis on timely delivery and quality, while maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders
• Makes decisions to manage deviations from the approved plan (time, cost, scope), proposing and implementing documented trade-offs in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Identifies, evaluates and decides to address critical risks and issues, escalating where necessary according to the project governance framework
• Ensures the application of the project implementation framework, taking into account business priorities, available capacity and strategic directions
• Monitors project performance, providing reports and recommendations to support decision‑making and process improvement
• Ensures compliance of projects with internal policies, regulatory standards and the Project Management Office (PMO) operating procedures
• Collaborates with the Project Management Office (PMO) within the framework of the agreed project parameters, supporting demand and capacity management processes
• Acts as the single point of accountability for the project outcome towards Management and business units
• Manages project‑level priority issues, proposing solutions that promote efficient execution
• Actively participates in decision‑making processes that affect the project portfolio, in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Governance Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Sciences, Technology, Economics, Business Administration or Computer Science
• Master's degree in Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in IT project management, with active involvement in the design and implementation of complex projects, making project‑level decisions in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and within a defined governance framework
• Experience in IT or Telecommunications teams will be considered an additional qualification
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2, PM²) will be considered an additional qualification
• Familiarity with software development, basic principles of cybersecurity and network infrastructure will be considered an additional qualification
• Proven knowledge in utilizing Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to support Project Management tasks, information analysis and content creation
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
• Availability for urgent geographical relocations
