Aegeo is currently delivering one of the most ambitious digital transformation programs in the wellness and hospitality sector. 

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager who will play a key role in building, operating and continuously evolving the Aegeo Bespoke Digital Ecosystem.

Reporting directly to the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), this role is a critical bridge between technology, business operations and long-term strategy. You will ensure system reliability today, while actively shaping the digital architecture of tomorrow.

The Role

The IT Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department while supporting the CDIO in executing Aegeo’s technology roadmap. You will oversee system stability, project delivery and infrastructure evolution, ensuring that all digital platforms operate as a single, connected ecosystem.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical oversight and project orchestration across multiple enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor and develop the internal IT team, fostering high performance and a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of business-critical systems across all locations and business units.

Bespoke Digital Ecosystem & Project Management

• Manage technology projects across all layers of the digital ecosystem, including:
  ERP, CRM, POS, Loyalty Engine, HRMS, CMS, Online Booking platforms and E-commerce.
• Coordinate system integrations and data flows to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer and operational journey.
• Support the rollout of new digital tools, platforms and automation initiatives in collaboration with business teams.

Infrastructure & Cloud Transition

• Maintain and upgrade on-premise and cloud infrastructure, supporting the company’s gradual transition to cloud-first architecture.
• Monitor performance, scalability and reliability of all infrastructure components.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate external technology providers, software vendors and system integrators.
• Manage SLAs, delivery timelines and quality of service.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Ensure data protection, cybersecurity standards and compliance across all systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management roles with responsibility for teams and multi-system environments.
• Hands-on involvement in ERP, CRM, cloud and enterprise digital projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system integrations and enterprise architecture.
• Solid experience in cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, business-oriented mindset and sound decision-making ability.
