Key responsibilities:
• Provide basic support for the company’s internal order processing systems and applications
• Offer daily technical assistance to users (PCs, printers, network issues, etc.)
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment (hardware/software)
• Record and resolving basic technical issues
• Communicate with external partners or the central IT department abroad when needed
Requirements
Required qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field (University, TEI, or Vocational Training)
• Basic experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts
• Good command of English
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Knowledge of SAP or experience with ERP systems will be considered a plus
• Driving license
