Responsibilities:

1. Support the ExVan mobile platform (custom invoicing application on android tablets) used by truck drivers for invoicing and operational processes. (visit Aspropyrgos, when needed).
2. Monitor mobile invoicing hardware/software operation, including handheld devices, mobile-printers and connectivity issues.
3. First level support and basic administration for Salesforce CRM, including interface, dashboard, and reporting maintenance and development, user accounts, profiles, permissions, and issue troubleshooting.
4. Provide endpoint support in a Windows 365 and on-prem environment, including device setup and troubleshooting.
5. Provide first line support for SAP Business One, including user assistance, basic troubleshooting, and access management.
6. Communicate with employees to log, track, and resolve or address incidents using the IT pipelines, escalating complex issues as needed.
7. Support end users with daily communication technologies, including online meetings, messaging, audio/video issues, and telephone services.
8. Act as the first point of contact for branch issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and escalation.
9. Updating the corporate asset management software.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experienced in IT/Application Support role or equivalent technical training.
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field
3. At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
4. Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems (SAP Business One and/or Salesforce preferred).
5. Familiarity with Windows based environments and end-user device support.
6. Ability to support both office users and field/mobile users.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
8. Clear communication skills and ability to document issues and solutions.
