ΠληροφορικήResponsibilities:
- Support the ExVan mobile platform (custom invoicing application on android tablets) used by truck drivers for invoicing and operational processes. (visit Aspropyrgos, when needed).
- Monitor mobile invoicing hardware/software operation, including handheld devices, mobile-printers and connectivity issues.
- First level support and basic administration for Salesforce CRM, including interface, dashboard, and reporting maintenance and development, user accounts, profiles, permissions, and issue troubleshooting.
- Provide endpoint support in a Windows 365 and on-prem environment, including device setup and troubleshooting.
- Provide first line support for SAP Business One, including user assistance, basic troubleshooting, and access management.
- Communicate with employees to log, track, and resolve or address incidents using the IT pipelines, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support end users with daily communication technologies, including online meetings, messaging, audio/video issues, and telephone services.
- Act as the first point of contact for branch issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and escalation.
- Updating the corporate asset management software.
Required Qualifications:
- Experienced in IT/Application Support role or equivalent technical training.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
- Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems (SAP Business One and/or Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with Windows based environments and end-user device support.
- Ability to support both office users and field/mobile users.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Clear communication skills and ability to document issues and solutions.
