As a Technical Payroll Analyst:

📌Your mission:

• Monitoring payroll/HR legislation changes, assessing their impact, and proposing necessary system adjustments.

• Analyzing user requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications for the development team.

• Creating and executing test scenarios based on application workflows and labor law requirements.

• Investigating production issues, performing root cause analysis, and monitoring resolution.

• Drafting user manuals, release notes, and technical documentation for all system features.

• Providing user training on legislative updates and new system functionalities.

• Coordinating with the development team on task prioritization, progress tracking, and final delivery.

• Ensuring clear, documented, and timely communication with all system users.

📚What You Need:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology.

• 3-4 years of experience in payroll functions/processes, or payroll system support as an analyst.

• Very good understanding of the procedures of a personnel office / accounting office.

• Ability to solve and analyze complex problems.

• Strong communication skills, ability to explain payroll issues and technical analysis of specifications.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Understanding of basic principles of information systems architecture.

🌟Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in EpsilonNet payroll software.

• Knowledge of SQL, Database Management.

• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira).

• Experience in payroll/HR/ERP/TimeAttendance applications.

• Experience in customer support / consulting services.
