We are actively seeking for a WMS Support Engineer to join our team at our offices in Attika.

As a WMS Support Engineer, you'll be part of the team that keeps the digital backbone of our 3PL operations running smoothly. You’ll support daily warehouse activity by maintaining and improving the Warehouse Management System (WMS), implementing solutions for real logistics challenges with technology. Whether onboarding a new client or resolving an issue on the warehouse floor, your work will help ensure speed, accuracy, and transparency in every shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to warehouse users, ensuring smooth WMS operation during daily logistics processes.
• Configure and optimize client-specific workflows such as inbound, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for long-term fixes.
• Design and create operational dashboards and reports using SQL and WMS tools.
• Lead or collaborate on system testing, go-lives, and warehouse rollouts.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of handheld devices, label printers, scanners, and other WMS-connected equipment.
• Oversee master data (items, SKUs, clients, storage zones) to ensure data integrity.
• Manage or oversee system integrations with ERPs, TMS platforms, and automation systems.
• Participate in process improvement projects with mentorship or leadership opportunities depending on experience.

• Strong interest in how technology supports logistics and the motivation to solve complex operational problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases, ranging from simple queries to advanced data manipulation.
• Understanding of warehousing processes like inventory, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Willingness to be on-site and work closely with warehouse teams.
• Clear communicator who can document technical tasks and follow support processes.
• Detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude and openness to continuous feedback.
• Experience or coursework related to logistics or IT systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Engineering or other related field.
• Knowledge or experience with LVS by Mantis Informatics will be considered an asset.
