TEMES SA, the developer of Costa Navarino, is looking for a motivated young professional eager to grow, expand their skill set, and actively contribute to the delivery of IT initiatives in the hospitality and real estate industry. The role is based at our headquarters in Athens. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning, thrives in collaborative environments, and is excited to play a hands-on role in shaping digital solutions that enhance both internal operations and guest-facing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, documentation, and translation of business needs into clear functional/technical requirements.
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CRM and user‑facing systems/applications (e.g., customer journey tools, front‑office digital touchpoints), including user support and small-scale enhancements.
- Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and successful project outcomes.
- Participate in data analysis activities, including preparing datasets, writing SQL queries, and supporting reporting/dashboard initiatives.
- Coordinate testing (UAT), validate system changes, and support users during rollouts or new feature deliveries.
- Help maintain documentation of processes, integrations, and system configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or large corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems configuration and support.
- Familiarity with, or strong interest in, user-facing systems and digital service tools (e.g. customer journey workflows, front-office applications).
- Good understanding of data analysis concepts, including SQL and data warehousing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing business needs.
