Qualifications:

• Expertise in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and patch management.
• Proficiency in managing Citrix and RDS or similar virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with Linux administration (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG).
• Understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and system security.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation purposes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure; cloud experience is beneficial.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, Docker Certified Associate, Citrix Certified Professional, CompTIA) are a plus.
