The Role
We’re expanding our delivery teams and are looking for Senior Test Automation Engineers. This role is for someone who pairs strong testing fundamentals with real ownership—you spot risks early, communicate clearly, and ensure quality stays aligned with business goals while delivering real value for our clients.

Experience and Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience within banks/financial institutions, testing complex systems and business flows
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Temenos applications (e.g., Transact, Infinity, TPH)
- Strong understanding of formal testing methodologies and the full SDLC / QA / defect lifecycle
- Proven experience in test analysis & design, execution, defect reporting, and status reporting
- Experience across multiple testing types: Payments, Functional, SIT, Regression, UAT
- Experience in performance tuning (Online & COB reports) - nice to have
- Excellent analytical and logical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Very good written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated to continuously improve quality and efficiency, with a strong drive to anticipate client needs
- Comfortable working with global teams across geographies
- Team-player mindset and willingness to learn and grow with new technologies
- Additional languages are a plus!
