The Pfizer Digital Revenue Management (RM) team manages the technology and solutions delivery for the US Market Access Operations Business within the Global Value and Access organization. This digital team plays a critical role in ensuring patients have access to breakthrough medicines through efficient channels at affordable pricing.
The Senior Associate will work on a solutions engineering development team located in Greece supporting Revenue Management Market Access and Contract Operation Business Division of US market as a contributor on multiple projects based on client demands such system enhancements and GenAI solutions engineering. Considering the current needs, we seek a Senior Associate who will predominantly work on GenAI solutions projects and then will be utilized in business-as-usual enhancements.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Solutions Engineering & Developer work:
- Collaborate with business partners and digital leads and develop and deliver solutions such as:
- Develop and maintain AI engineering components, pipelines, and reusable frameworks supporting enterprise use cases.
- System and interfaces enhancements in the main Contract Management platform called Flex (ModelN) according to business requirements in SQL, UNIX, Informatica.
- Reports that inform business decision making leveraging mainly Business Object technology.
Design and documentation:
- Conduct requirements analysis and technical documentation of the solutions.
- Responsible for coordinating the deployment process with various Pfizer Digital teams.
- Must be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of tasks simultaneously such as organize presentations for upper management, perform system testing, and organize meetings.
Collaboration and Integration:
- Partner with developers, Support Teams, and Digital Leads to translate requirements into production-grade implementations.
- Participate in technical design reviews and support integration with internal platforms and enterprise systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology field
- 3+ years of experience in a large corporate setting with an emphasis on solutions and application development or software engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in most of the following languages/tech: Python, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica, Business Objects, Tableau, AWS, Unix Scripting.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Willingness to take risks without fear of making mistakes.
- Understanding of solutions delivery and delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong analytical organization and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Competency in understanding organizational behaviors in a large corporate environment.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle management including requirements definition, design, testing and implementation.
- Experience with external Contract Management vendor solutions such as the ModelN FLEX application.
- Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics and services technologies.
- Experience building relationships with both business partners and Digital technical teams.
