ΠληροφορικήThe role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and contributes to the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment and corporate systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users
- Manage and resolve daily technical requests related to the end-user working environment
- Support, install and perform basic configuration of systems and applications
- Provide support for Windows operating systems
- Perform basic support and troubleshooting of network-related issues (wired & wireless)
- Manage users and basic policies through Active Directory & Group Policy
- Support and basic administration of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Log, track and follow up support requests through a ticketing system
- Escalate incidents to higher support levels when required
- Collaborate with other IT teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Basic experience in an IT Support / Helpdesk role
- Good knowledge of:
- Windows OS
- Corporate applications and productivity tools
- Hardware and end-user devices
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have (Plus)
- Familiarity with enterprise networking solutions, such as Fortinet and/or Cisco
- Basic knowledge or experience with hypervisors (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience in a corporate IT environment
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet – considered a plus)
