IT Support Team Leader


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise technical teams (network, cloud, support, security).
  • Participate in and manage the implementation of IT projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Monitor SLAs, timelines, and the technical quality of services provided.
  • Recommend technological improvements and participate in the evaluation of new products.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Support commercial teams with technical proposals and client presentations.
  • Guide, train, and evaluate members of the technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience in technical team or project management (Team Leader / Project Manager).
  • Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills across multiple projects.
  • Good command of English (technical terminology).
