ΠληροφορικήKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise technical teams (network, cloud, support, security).
- Participate in and manage the implementation of IT projects, from planning to delivery.
- Monitor SLAs, timelines, and the technical quality of services provided.
- Recommend technological improvements and participate in the evaluation of new products.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Support commercial teams with technical proposals and client presentations.
- Guide, train, and evaluate members of the technical teams.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience in technical team or project management (Team Leader / Project Manager).
- Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills across multiple projects.
- Good command of English (technical terminology).
