Πληροφορική- User Support & Helpdesk: Provide first-level support to employees for hardware and software issues (Windows, MS Office, Printers, Mobile devices).
- Hardware & Asset Management: Handle PC setups, equipment renewal, and maintain the IT asset inventory.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Access Administration: Manage user accounts and access rights according to company policies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate IT policies and assist in basic audit procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a Junior Systems Administrator role. Experience in a corporate environment is highly preferred. - Technical Skills
Hardware Expertise: Hands-on experience with PC/laptop hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and configuration. Familiarity with mobile device management (iOS/Android) and office peripherals (printers, scanners).
Infrastructure & Networks: Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
Asset Management: Ability to maintain accurate IT inventories and manage equipment lifecycle (procurement to decommissioning).
Identity & Access Management: Experience managing user accounts and permissions
Advanced proficiency in Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) - Languages
English: Fluency in English (written and verbal) - Behavioral Competencies
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a "can-do" attitude toward diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly.
Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees in a clear and patient manner.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple support tickets while managing long-term projects (like equipment renewal).
Integrity & Compliance: High level of discipline in following corporate security policies and maintaining data confidentiality.
