🟪Your Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with deep expertise in CRM projects to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. You will be responsible for managing complex CRM initiatives end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery, high quality, and strong business alignment.

🟩Your Mission

• Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on CRM processes, solution design, and delivery governance.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks, and milestones.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues specific to CRM integrations, data migration, and user adoption.

• Ensure high-quality documentation, status reporting, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee UAT, training activities, go-live, and post-production support to ensure successful CRM adoption.

🟨What You Offer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of proven experience managing CRM projects, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Strong hands-on understanding of CRM concepts, architecture, and tools, including configuration vs customization.

• Solid experience in stakeholder management and coordination of cross-functional delivery teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Very good command of the English language.

🌟A great asset

• Practical experience with Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and CRM integrations.

• Experience delivering projects using Agile or Hybrid methodologies.

• Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications.
