Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT services, datacenters, and applications.
• Handle incidents, problems, and requests following best practices.
• Provide first-level support for corporate applications and infrastructure.
• Escalate and communicate network/system/application issues to Tier 2 staff or vendors, as per policies and escalation procedures.
• Train employees on company systems and processes.
• Suggest digital improvements and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/Diploma) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows systems and ERP platforms (considered a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Windows systems, backup methodologies/tools, and networking.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and financial concepts.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in problem-solving.
• Military service completed (for male candidates).
• Excellent communication skills (fluency in Greek and English).
