                                                 Head of IT / BPO, DGFF Greece

                                           Location: Aspropyrgos Attiki / Markopoulo

Job Brief:

Ensures cross-functional alignment, process excellence and performance improvements enabling DGFF to be more efficient, more effective, and more capable of change. Ensures alignment and management of project portfolio and local initiatives. Leads and steers IT / BPO team.

 Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Develops a culture of quality, process excellence and continuous improvement
• Responsible for ensuring project portfolio management and alignment of country projects/initiatives
• Close alignment with the product to drive the performance areas within the group
• Manages the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff within BPO, identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled BPO department
• Possess the capability to accept & manage additional secondary roles if needed
• Must timely complete and pass all required or company assigned trainings/leanings
• Supporting of all IT projects
• Monitoring IT applications
• Monitoring IT infrastructure
• Supporting and monitoring telecom projects and infrastructure with 3rd party provider

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience / qualification
• More than 2 years of experience in the role
