Πληροφορική- Be a member of a team which designs, customises, develops, installs, and maintains company's software.
- Analyze business requirements and interpret them in software features of a web/mobile app.
- Communicate customer requirements to Development Team.
- Participate in UATs
- Train key/end users in groups
- Visit clients for Q&A sessions and presentation of best practices.
- Participate in big scale migration projects.
- Support and serve client inquiries in daily basis. (email/phone)
