Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree (AEI/TEI)
✅ 2–3 years experience in IT support
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server and Office 365
✅ Familiarity with VoIP, printers, and basic networking
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Greek
✅ Problem-solving mindset and team spirit
✅ Ability to work in a team, plan tasks and meet deadlines
✅ Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)
