We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our IT operations team and support the design, management, and optimization of our enterprise systems and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize core IT infrastructure including servers, networking, storage, and security systems.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP.
• Oversee Unifi WiFi environments, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and manage enterprise firewalls (Fortinet or similar), including VPNs, security policies, NAT, and traffic analysis.
• Support and maintain Cisco switching (VLANs, STP, trunking, L2/L3 fundamentals) at CCNA-level proficiency.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems (e.g., Veeam).
• Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate closely with vendors and service partners.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and project implementations.
• Travel to company sites when required for installations, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Solid networking knowledge (CCNA-level), especially switching.
• Practical experience with Unifi WiFi management.
• Experience with Fortinet, WatchGuard, or other next-gen firewalls.
• Experience with backup systems and monitoring tools.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability and willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Proxmox or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Working knowledge of 3CX or other VoIP/PBX solutions.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft, VMware, or similar.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) or basic automation knowledge.
• Experience with monitoring or SIEM tools.
