We are seeking an experienced BI & Data Analytics professional to design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-impact BI solutions.

In this role, you will architect and maintain advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboards, build automated reporting pipelines, and support analytics initiatives across diverse industries.

As a key member of a lean, collaborative team, you will work end-to-end across data modeling, dashboard design, SaaS BI applications, and ETL processes—contributing both technical expertise and strategic insight.

 

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards from start to finish, including understanding requirements, modeling data, and creating final reports.
• Write and improve SQL queries, combine data from different sources, and ensure accuracy and performance.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
• Handle multiple projects across different industries while managing deadlines and expectations.
• Act as a BI expert, helping improve processes, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with other teams to plan, design, and deliver new BI features and solutions.
• Stay updated on new BI and analytics technologies and apply them to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, STEM, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building Tableau Desktop/Server dashboards
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and performing ETL operations across multiple data sources.
• Experience with data warehouse concepts and modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake).
• Ability to collaborate on conceptual and logical data models and ensure architectural consistency.
• Solid grasp of data visualization best practices and user-centric dashboard design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, including the ability to train colleagues and clients on BI and analytics techniques.

• Tableau certification(s) or a portfolio of relevant work.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and M language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern analytics platforms.
