About the Role

Kosmocar is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of IT Retail to oversee and manage key technology projects across our automotive retail operations and dealership.

This role involves being directly engaged in business analysis, project management, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and improve systems such as ERP, CRM, Business Analytics, and other Platforms to support the business growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full project lifecycle - from understanding business needs to ensuring that projects are successfully delivered and integrated into operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, vendors) through all phases of project delivery, from planning to execution.
• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the business goals.
• Manage the optimization and the maintenance of the ERP, CRM, and other Platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Business Analytics and Reporting Solutions to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor the proper support of the dealership sites regarding the information systems.
• Optimize the systems to improve the dealership workshop operations.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on business analysis, project management, and IT project delivery, ideally in the automotive dealership or retail sectors.

• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, business processes, and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects independently, while keeping teams aligned and projects on track.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
