Our client is a well-established company active in the public procurement sector, delivering specialized products and services to public organizations across Greece.

🖋️You will be reporting to: CEO
What you will do:
You will be responsible for monitoring public tender portals, analyzing tender specifications, and coordinating with internal departments to prepare and submit complete bid proposals. Your work will be key in securing public contracts and ensuring compliance throughout the bidding process.
More specifically:
• Monitor national tender portals and identify relevant opportunities
• Analyze tender specifications and evaluate compliance criteria
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather all required documentation
• Prepare, review, and submit complete, accurate, and timely technical proposals for public sector.
• Maintain databases with tender-related documentation
• Ensure full compliance with legal and contractual obligations throughout the bidding process.
• Communicate with public authorities for clarifications and follow-ups
Requirements
• University degree in a relevant field
• Solid understanding of the legal framework governing public contracts
• 3+ years of experience in preparing and managing public tenders
• Experience in writing technical proposals
• Proven experience with the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management
• Ability to work under time pressures and to prescribed deadlines
