Senior Software Developer
About the role
The Senior Software Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and modern .NET technologies. This role involves creating technical specifications, building prototypes, evaluating third-party tools, and supporting product teams. You will contribute to roadmap planning, lead projects, mentor team members, and prepare technical guidelines and training materials. Acting as a technical expert, you’ll ensure high-quality development practices while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Your responsibilities
- Create detailed technical specifications, requirements feasibility checks and time estimations
- Create prototypes for presentations or further decisions / tests
- Develop complex functionalities using Microsoft Azure Services or other platforms targeting cloud or hybrid scenarios
- Create guidelines concerning development, design and layers
- Provide second level product support for internal departments
- Evaluate third party products for possible integration
- Observe changes and future planning in Microsoft technical environment
- Involved in product roadmap and release planning
- Develop and maintain good relationships with other teams and important customers in case of technical requirements
- As a Senior, responsible in creating detailed technical breakdown plan and updating the Project Managers
- As a Senior, responsible for preparing training materials and presenting new topics of interest
- As a Senior, leading and driving projects and proactively propose ideas
- As a Senior, guiding others in the team with technical operations
What we are looking for - Technical Skills
Required
- Front end developer
- Good knowledge of .NET Core, in particular C#, UI-ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, Angular 10+
- Communication protocols (Web Services, SOAP, WCF, Rest API)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies - Azure, SQL Server, WebApps
- Knowledge of technologies -. Docker, Kubernetes, MVC, Certificates & Authentication, etc.
- Good knowledge of DB – SQL, POSTGreSQL
- Cloud Technologies Azure DevOps CI/CD
Beneficial
- Microsoft Certifications in C#, Azure Developer, etc.
- Knowledge/experience in ERP Systems
- Implementation/upgrade of different modules and add-ons.
- APP development on any platform.
- Experienced SCRUM/Waterfall Methodology
- Experience in Elastic Search

- Well-founded IT education or equal qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
