About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Support Junior to join our team. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with equipment setup and configuration. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a supportive environment. You will receive guidance from experienced professionals and have opportunities to develop your career in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new computers and peripherals.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on ongoing technical projects and initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
