Job Description

Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Application Support Agent Junior in Netcompany?

As a Application Support Agent Junior you will:

• Log, categorize, prioritize, and provide Level 2 technical support for Member State requests and incidents.
• Troubleshoot application issues, including software bugs, system errors, and user problems.
• Investigate recurring bugs and determine corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure and software issues.
• Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication throughout ticket lifecycle.
• Document inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support creation and maintenance of internal documentation, including Knowledge Base articles and FAQs.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Higher education or equivalent overall experience.
• At least two year of successful experience in application support.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand processes.
• Hands on experience working with a ticketing system.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory, French would be a strong advantage.
• Being a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage.
• Experience with European Institutions is a significant plus.
